Taskbar icons return

Hello everyone, it's been almost a month since I received my school PC, and I have a problem that's bothering me.

The region has added icons, like Edge or My Documents, but whenever I try to remove them, they come back after a restart. I've looked for a solution but haven't found one, thanks for your help!

    Good evening,

    The equipment lent by the National Education is configured in such a way that certain functions (software installation, BIOS access, OS changes) cannot be modified. Only the school administration's representative has the code, and there is no plan for it to be shared with the beneficiaries. Therefore, it is to this administration that one should turn.

    I know nothing about this icon display blockage, but you will not find help on this forum, without us having to comment on the nature deemed unacceptable or inappropriate by some of these limitations, which are outlined in the document submitted for signature upon the handover of this equipment.
