Hello,

my printer is printing poorly, the characters are doubled. I have done a complete cleaning, I have changed the cartridges;;;nothing works

do you have any idea? Thanks

Unfortunately, I have the same problem and nothing seems to work. It's not a Windows issue since it happens the same way in copy mode. I've gone through all the maintenance phases and even reinstalled or reset everything I could find. Hours of hassle, 2 sets of ink cartridges, sheets and sheets... the printer is 2 years old and has printed maybe fifty pages since I bought it. I was used to better from Canon.

Maybe if you aligned the print heads, it would solve the problem..
The procedure should be in the user manual.
Also, check that your cartridges are properly installed.. if there's any play, it shifts the colors relative to each other

The problem persists when using auto alignment and manual alignment.
