Hello,

My Alcatel Temporis 700 phone doesn't ring even though calls are coming in, but there's no ringtone. I've turned the volume up to maximum. But nothing has changed.

    Although there is no other handset for the "Line busy" issue, try applying this procedure found in the Temporis 700 manual:
    If the display shows "Line busy" while the phone connected in parallel is not on the line:
    Disconnect the line cord from the TEMPORIS 700.
    Pick up the receiver.
    Wait until the display shows nothing.
    Hang up the receiver and reconnect the line cord.

    Then reset the box as indicated in message #1, even if you have already done it.

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...

    Try rephrasing it because right now, it’s incomprehensible.

    Just in case, if this phone is connected to a box, reset it.
    To do this, cut the power to the box for a good minute, then turn it back on.

      My phone is an ALCATEL TEMPORIS 700. The phone's ringtone does not work when receiving a call and the message "line busy" appears on the phone screen, with the caller's number not showing, despite checking all settings and increasing the ringtone volume to maximum.
