Lycamobile activate premium numbers

Hello everyone, I just bought a Lycamobile SIM card with a top-up (unlimited calls and unlimited texts) but I can't call premium-rate numbers. Should I contact Lycamobile?

    You should check their website, but we can read

    Lyca Mobile does not provide access to special numbers.
