LEGION 5 Touchpad not working anymore

Hello,

I've been looking for solutions for two days and nothing works... The touchpad on my LEGION 5-15ACH6H has stopped working (probably after the new Windows 11 update: version 22H2 x64 system). It doesn't show up in the device manager (even when displaying hidden devices).

Lenovo support didn't detect anything either, and currently, there are no drivers available for the touchpad.

When I enter the BIOS, it works, but as soon as I restart my computer, it's over (obviously, the key for the touchpad is enabled).

Help me :(

    Hello to you

While searching a bit for your problem, I found this

I can't assure you 100% that it will work, but nothing ventured, nothing gained

UPDATE: For those in the same situation as me, don't hesitate to contact Microsoft customer service, they check your computer remotely for free! In my case, it is a missing driver that is apparently not compatible with the new update of Windows 11.

      Hello,

The 22H2 update also messed up my touchpad. I had to download Lenovo USB REPAIR from the Lenovo website as well as Windows 10 from the Lenovo site with the original drivers for it to work again. Even a reset of the PC wasn't enough.

      Good luck
