Sound card/passive speaker

Hello,

I would like to connect my passive speakers (wired) to my sound card. So I was wondering if the sound card already has an amplifier?
If not, is it possible to connect these speakers to an all-in-one amplifier that I use for amplifying the guitar?

My knowledge is rather limited, so feel free to mention basic things,

    Sound cards, in general, do not have an amplifier. That’s why PCs use powered speakers. You can probably use an external amplifier. We need to know the type of audio outputs that your all-in-one and your amplifier have.
