How to create a ".eu" email address?

Hello. How do I create a ".eu" email address? What is the homepage, and where is it located: hosting country? Moreover, is it available in French?

I am unable to find clear explanations on this topic.

    Hello,

    To get started, you need to purchase a domain name, so you have to go through a registrar, such as Gandi or OVH.

    For example, with Gandi, if you choose the domain name chmuli.eu, you will also get 2 email addresses of 3GB each, all for a few euros in the first year, then a bit more in the following years.

    Here is the condition to meet in order to benefit from a .eu TLD:

    The .EU extension is open to individuals and entities located within the European Union, in Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, as well as to individuals who hold citizenship of any of these countries.

    Hello
    The .eu extension is a domain extension, so to have a .eu address, one must buy/rent a domain name in that category. All other questions are irrelevant since a domain name has nothing to do with the country of hosting or even with a company related to that country.
    In summary, anyone from anywhere can very well have a .fr extension even if they are based in Tajikistan.
