PS4 Restrictions Issues

Hello, I created a PS4 account for my son and he can no longer play Fortnite (a lock appears and it’s impossible to download it from the PS Store). Furthermore, I bought a code from Micromania and it’s also impossible to activate the code; it asks me to temporarily authorize purchases in the settings, which I did, but nothing happens.

Do you have a solution to my problem?

I don't really know the cause of the problem, but I remember getting this lock after logging into a friend's account. Maybe your son is on someone else's account; I'm not really sure. Sorry I can't help you more.
