Well, actually it's written in the FAQ that if there are any issues with gift cards, you need to contact them.

I was in the same situation when I bought a card for my little brother, the code was unreadable, so I contacted Roblox customer service who provided me with the code after I gave them all the necessary information. The result was when I tried it, I got "invalid code" displayed; I sent an email to support who told me that the code was invalid or already used and they were washing their hands of any responsibility if the card didn’t work! It’s hard to believe that we love throwing money out the window, it’s insane!

Hello, I also tried and it doesn't work. I paid €10 for "an invalid code." I've tried everything but it doesn't work. So the cards are a scam!!!!!!!
