Unable to install GhostVPN

I had CyberGhost VPN until now. The software has been functioning poorly lately, so I reinstalled it.

The problem is, when I launch the Exe file: cgsetup_fr_GXKUS4zaas3VrsdsWxAX for Windows, an error message appears indicating that the installation has been stopped. I am prompted to check my connection, but it is working fine.

I cleared my browser caches as recommended.

Do you have any ideas?
