Unable to install Mediatek Preloader USB VCOM driver

Hello,

Thank you for helping me find a solution for a driver that refuses to install on Windows 11.

I have tried everything without success, including automatic and manual installation; it only installs with the yellow triangle in the device manager. I even disabled the signature enforcement, but nothing works. Error code 10 is still present.

All software works perfectly with their drivers.

    hello

    give the device identifier, but I don't see a driver for W11 ==> click here

    PS: the 1st line is enough, post it via 1 copy/paste in your reply

    example ==> PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_1690&SUBSYS_80001025&REV_01

    test this:

    download 7zip to your desktop ==> click here

    run it as an administrator (right click) to install

    Download this driver --> click here
    and put it in your documents.
    Right click on --> MTK-WinAll-USB-3.0.1422.1-drp.zip
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "MTK-WinAll-USB-3.0.1422.1-drp\"
    Go to Device Manager.
    Right click on the device ==> software XTM_Miracle usb\vid_0e8d&pid_2000
    Update driver
    Browse my computer ......
    Choose from a list of drivers...
    Provided disk
    Browse
    Go to your documents
    Go to the unzipped driver folder --> MTK-WinAll-USB-3.0.1422.1-drp
    Folder --> MTK
    Folder --> WinAll
    Folder --> USB
    Folder --> 3.0.1422.1

    re

    ok, but there is no driver for W11 for your device...

    usb\vid_0e8d&pid_2000 comes from which device in the list?

    what does it say when you want to update the driver?

    The problem persists and it seems the driver is not digitally signed.

    Thank you for the help

    No, not at all, my smartphone works well with my PC, it's more for a software XTM_Miracle Futurama that needs a port to connect.

    Thank you for the link,

    I have used all the MIT drivers for this type of software, but it doesn't work on my PC, which is why I am seeking your help; I don't know where the problem is coming from.
