IPhone bug when charging

Hello, I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and while it's charging, it bugs a lot, meaning it becomes very slow, like when your phone is at 1% and about to shut down. At first, I thought it was a new feature from Apple to prevent us from using the phone while it's charging, but after considering it, I don't think that's it. Does anyone know where the problem comes from? I'm planning to go to the iStore to get it repaired, but for now, I can't, and I'd like to know what it is.

Hello,

An iPhone Pro Max was released in September 2021, so it is still under warranty, and therefore you should not hesitate to contact your seller as soon as possible for a possible exchange.
