Hisense TV: It doesn't recognize hard drives

Hello,

I am reaching out to you today because my Hisense 40A5700FA TV does not recognize my multimedia hard drives that I used regularly on my old TV as well as on my Blu-ray player.

Note that I have tried connecting it via a USB hub and with different cables, but it hasn't made any difference.

      Thank you for your message. I couldn't find this information in the manual...

      But right now, it's actually my hard drives that are not recognized. I can't even browse through my files to see if they're compatible or not.

        Yes, I understand well, so it can indeed come from the file system of your hard drive that is not recognized by your TV.
