I saw that we could hide our subscriptions even from the people who follow us, but I don't know how to do it, any solutions?

    No, I don't think it's possible. You can hide followers, you can switch the account to private and subscriptions are only visible to followers, but you can't completely hide subscriptions.
    And, unless I'm mistaken, I haven't read anything that says they added this feature recently.
    The only solution is to create a private account and have no followers.
