Hello everyone, I'm facing an issue with my new MacBook Air, and I would need your help.
My mouse is the Logitech G Pro Wireless (which I retrieved from my old PC).
When I scroll with the scroll wheel of my mouse (connected via USB A 3.0 to a USB C hub of the MacBook), the scrolling is very slow unless I give a big turn of the wheel. It's very annoying, to describe it more precisely, to scroll on a web page, I have to make several turns of the wheel; if I touch the wheel just once, the page only moves a very small distance. Thus, the screen seems to stutter as soon as I use the wheel of my mouse. In comparison, scrolling through web pages with the trackpad is completely smooth, with no stuttering effect.
I read that others have the same problem regardless of the mouse, but I couldn't find a solution.
What should I do?
