USB drive not readable on my NV880E embroidery machine

Hello,

I put a PES embroidery file on my USB stick when I plug it into my embroidery machine to work, nothing shows up, I don't understand if it's a 32GB stick, is that the maximum capacity accepted by the machine? I checked on the PC, the embroidery is there and I can open it with my PE-LITE PLUS2 software. I'm running on Windows 10.

I tried with another new USB stick and it says it can't read this USB drive.

I hope someone will have a solution to my problem, the irony is that it has worked before, I don't understand.

    It needs to be formatted to FAT32
