SOS: Embroidery machine problem with USB key

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my Brother Innovis 870SE embroidery machine and the technicians are on holiday until August 15, so perhaps a kind soul could help me out.

When I insert my USB stick into the embroidery machine, it doesn't display everything. With another new USB stick, it says "unable to use this media."

The file formats are in PES, which is correct.

What could be the cause of this?

I think that embroiderers can only read USB drives formatted in FAT32... If you have a formatting for large capacities, it is highly possible that the machine won't recognize anything.
Formatting in FAT32 is an option.

it was actually simpler than that.

I just found the problem which was in the properties; I had never seen that there were settings in there.

To explain to those who might encounter the same problems as I did.

USB key in the computer, click on USB key, right click, properties, and sharing settings, and share everything
