Cyberghost won't start (MacBook Pro)

Hello,

I have been subscribed to Cyberghost for almost a year now. So far, everything was fine. But for the past two weeks, I can't start Cyberghost. When I launch the application, it loads indefinitely and I see in my activity monitor that Cyberghost is using a huge amount of RAM. My MAC then starts to bug severely and I have to stop the Cyberghost process. At that point, everything goes back to normal.

I was previously on macOS Catalina, and I updated to Big Sur hoping that it would resolve the issue but nothing has changed... still the same problem.

I have also uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times. But still nothing.

That's why I’m reaching out to you to find new ideas to get my VPN back!
