Unable to change my wallpaper Redmi Note 9

If you don't see themes, click on show all apps in the three small dots in the top right.

The red no-entry sign has disappeared from themes, and everything is working again, both the wallpaper and themes tabs in settings, as well as the choice of wallpapers from the gallery.
