No Wi-Fi driver on my Lenovo IdeaPad

Hello,
A friend gave me her laptop after a hacking attempt. It's a Lenovo Ideapad S340, with Windows 10 Home 64-bit, 8 GB RAM.
To avoid any risks, I immediately reinstalled the system (using a bootable USB key).
I managed to reinstall all the drivers, except for the wifi card.
While searching, I found 3 different drivers but none of them work:
- Intel WLAN Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - S340-14IWL, S340-15IWL, S340-15IWL Touch: 21.90.3.224 Jul 20205.41 MB: lxsw040fy990.exe
- Intel WLAN Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - S340-14IIL, S340-15IIL, S340-15IIL Touch: 22.0.1.107 Jan 20215.99 MB: uksw05af400aa0.exe
- WLAN Driver (Qualcomm, Realtek) for Windows 10 (64-bit) - S340-14IIL, S340-15IIL, S340-15IIL Touch: Atheros_12.0.0.954, Realtek_2024.0.8.12728 Dec 20205.18 MB: uks305af40z9a0.exe
I also tried the one proposed by kaneagle on the ccm forum on March 9, 2018, at 10:31 PM.
Nothing works...
To get internet (via wifi), I have to plug in a wifi USB key, which is inconvenient since there are already only 2 USB connectors and I'm monopolizing 1!
Can anyone help me?

Hello
If I'm not mistaken, you should have a tiny little hole on the right side of your Lenovo. It allows you to reset the system to its original state, as long as the disk hasn't been changed or the system backup hasn't been erased.
If your PC was purchased with W10, you will reinstall the version from that time. Therefore, you'll need to update to install the latest versions.
This procedure keeps all your documents and files.
At least it's clean.
Yes, of course, I should have specified that I tried that right away but to my great surprise, it didn't work!
I thought that the "recovery partition" must be corrupted for some reason I don't know... So I deleted it and reinstalled Windows 10 from an iso...
If I had known, I would have used double-driver, because it worked before...
Help!
Hello,
Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
Do you have a section --> other devices?
If so, what is the problematic device or devices?
What do you have in network adapters?
Give the hardware ID number of the wireless device (network controller)
Check this out --> Find the identification number of a device
Post the number in your next message.

Hello kaneagle,
Here is my device manager:

I assume that the device in question is:
bluetooth device (personal area network)
Its number is: BTH\MS_BTHPAN.
