Hello,
After validating my username and password on the Coyote app, I receive the following message: A technical problem has occurred, please try again. (Error 257)
No changes after several days of attempts and reinstalling the app via Play Store. My subscription payment is in order (monthly direct debit)
Device Samsung GT9060i
Android version 4.4.4
Can you help me resolve this issue?

Hello.
It's likely that your version of Android is too old (2013), just like your phone, to run the Coyotte app.
Coyotte doesn't really provide any specifics:
Check with Coyotte's customer service about that.
