I just bought myself an HP DeskJet 4130e printer, I can't finish setting it up on my computer and I managed to do it on my phone.

Hello,
If there is no CD delivered with it (or if you don't have a reader), just install the drivers (and probably connect it via USB at least for the installation, most likely for scanning).
Over Wi-Fi, it connects from the printer's dashboard.
