Netflix changes language by itself

Hello,

When I used to watch Netflix before, everything was in French, it was perfect, but for some time now, Netflix has been switching to Vietnamese by itself. I've set French as the default language, but every 2 days or so, the language changes to Vietnamese. I don't know if my account has been hacked by a Vietnamese person who is watching Netflix with my account or if it's a Netflix bug, but I would like to resolve this issue. The names of the profiles have also changed from family member names to "blue boy" and "green boy." There are two of us using Netflix, and neither of us has touched that. If anyone has an explanation, I would appreciate it.

    Hello.

    Do it in the order indicated.

    1- Change your Netflix password https://help.netflix.com/fr/node/365

    2- Delete unknown profiles https://help.netflix.com/fr/node/10421

    3- Contact Netflix to report that your account has been hacked.

      Hello, I've already tried the password but it keeps going, and as for the profiles, no new profiles have appeared, only the names have changed.

      As for contacting Netflix, I think I'll do it, but I don't believe there's a real urgency; maybe my account has been hacked, but Netflix should block them since they normally prevent code sharing to avoid losing money. Thank you for the response and the advice :)

        Not necessarily, if you see unknown profiles, delete them; anyway, once your password is changed, the suspicious profiles can no longer connect.

        Many Netflix accounts get hacked and are found for sale online at a low price; this has already happened to one of my friends.
