Xl pro3 issue

Question

Hello everyone,

I have a problem since I changed my PC; I can no longer use XL Pro 3 400. When I launch the software, it doesn't start and displays an error message saying "unable to load the language server," and the same happens to my colleague.
I've searched online, but there is no solution.

Have you found a solution? On my side, I noticed that the software manages to launch when I reboot my PC several times and launch it very quickly when the desktop appears..

Hello, I had the same problem since switching to Windows 11, so I contacted Legrand; unfortunately, since it's all new, no solution has been provided to me for the moment, so I am continuing my research.

Hello, has anyone found a solution? I had the issue, it was fixed by Legrand but after an update the same problem occurred and today there is no assistance from them.
