MI Smart Speaker impossible à connecter

Good evening, I have changed houses and I can no longer connect.

I have a MI Smart Speaker and I cannot connect it to my smartphone.

It appears on Bluetooth, but it won't connect; it worked very well at my place, and now I can't get it to work.

Hello everyone, try to reset the speaker using the minus (-) button and the plus (+) button, then press both buttons at the same time for 10 seconds.

After performing the reset, try reconnecting to your speaker using the Google Home app and your Bluetooth. It should work properly.

Since you moved house, how is your speaker connected? ... via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?

Hi, I have the same problem. I changed my operator. I can't reconnect via Wi-Fi. I uninstalled Google Home and deleted all the data. It recognizes the speaker but doesn't connect to it. Does anyone have an answer on this subject? Thanks.

Hello, I have the same problem with the same Xiaomi speaker from Lidl. I have reset it several times, I have removed the speaker box from memory, and it recognizes it to program it. However, when I try to install the Wi-Fi code, it responds with an error? I've done this dozens of times!!!

I can hear it responding with a sound but no voice commands???

Good evening, I apologize. I have done it 10 times or more!!!! And the Xiaomi speaker refuses to respond to voice commands (the ones for starting up, responding, and the different colored lights too).

I don't understand why, when I reset it, the code is still refused at the moment of entering the code??

Hello,

If it's still under warranty, return it to where you bought it. There are no other solutions.
