[BOX] Port opening impossible

Hello,
Following my intention to open port 25565 on my box, I realize that it is impossible for me to open this port because it is not within the allowed port range (See screenshot): "Ports must be between 49153 and 57343".
Having performed the same operation several times over the last 10 years with various internet providers, this is the first time I encountered this problem. I therefore called Bouygues for clarification, but they were unable to resolve my issue. I am outraged by this lack of competence on the part of the provider and I find myself alone in having to solve this problem.
That is why I am seeking your expertise:
- Have you ever encountered this issue?
- Do you have a solution to circumvent/resolve this problem?
- Do you need any further information?
Looking forward to hearing from you, thank you in advance!
Zaddoks.

Hello,
I think your problem is due to your public IP not being a full stack IPv4 address, but a shared address among several Bouygues clients.
You can request a full stack address either in your customer area, directly in the box's interface, or by calling your customer service.
Regarding port forwarding, nothing prevents you from forwarding, for example, external port 49153 to port 25565 of your server.

Hello,
Ouch,
now Bouygues is copying Free with the shared public ipv4 addresses .... ?
indeed either you go fullstack, if it's possible, or you use ipv6, then there's no need for port forwarding.
