Hello,
Still active. And a friend had to pay 80 euros despite switching to Free, which supposedly blocked this number. He is foreign and received help SMS for housing, etc. The operators should block these numbers, and how do they have all these numbers? It's pure and simple scam. Post-COVID. These practices are dangerous.

Hello,
And so what?
It is up to the user not to click on the first text message that comes along which leads to calling a special number that is obviously premium rate or connecting to some dubious website; it is not the operator's role to prevent that user from calling a specific number, and they also have no responsibility for the sending of these messages.
And the problem does not exist if, as it should be, one simply tosses straight into the trash any text message from an unknown sender without even trying to understand what it contains.
