Hello,
I tried to reset my password via my phone and then on a computer. I click on "forgot password" (correct email address) but I don’t receive any code to reset it. I can't find any email or number to contact for help. My phone number is registered in my Facebook, but it only offers to reset it via email.
I changed my password 9 months ago and I can’t remember it… I’ve tried a lot of old passwords and passwords I might have used... if someone can help me????????

I tried to reset a relative's account and it worked, but not mine. I wonder if the problem might come from my Hotmail. I'm trying to see if I accidentally blocked Facebook messages, but I can't find anything either.
And I don't understand why, given that my phone number is registered on my Facebook, it's not offering to recover the account via the phone number...
