Hello, I am a Darty subscriber for my computer insurance. I changed my credit card and since then I haven't been paying the insurance, I need to enter my bank details on the Darty customer subscriber site but I can't do it.

When I go to "pay my bill," I'm redirected to the "DARTU BOX," which I don't have. And when I enter my Darty identifier in the Darty Box identifier section and my password, I can't access it.

What should I do? Thank you.
