HELP! Twitter, message : "You have made too many attempts"

Hello,

I have a problem with my Twitter account. I forgot my password, so I clicked on "forgot password." They asked me for my email address, then my username, which I couldn't remember either. I made a few attempts, and now my account is locked. Every time I try, I get the following message: "You have made too many attempts, please try again later."

I found my username, but every time I click on "forgot password" and enter my username, I get the same message. However, it states in the "Twitter rules" that I need to wait an hour before trying again. Now a whole day has passed, and the message is still there, no matter what I try to log in with (computer, phone).

Do you know why the message doesn't go away after an hour? How can I log in?

In this case, generally, the IP address is blocked, so you have to wait at least 24 hours, or even 72 hours...
