has the computer been subjected to a shock? It could be that the keyboard is disconnected... (the tab inside may have come off).

I had to turn off my computer.
How old is this PC? . . . It may be that the main common line of the keyboard is malfunctioning (a keyboard is divided into several parts). Try testing with a desktop keyboard connected externally to a USB port. Wait a few seconds for the driver to install, then type all the characters on this external keyboard using WordPad or another application. If there are no issues, your laptop's keyboard is likely defective and irreparable, so it needs to be replaced.
If you don't have an external keyboard, borrow one from your family or friends. This test only takes three minutes at most.
See you later . . .

Hello.
<<< Do you have a price estimate for the repair? >>>
As a repair technician, I don't really know the price. I know that the cost of the keyboard is generally twice the price plus labor plus VAT. Knowing that the hourly rate is €80 to €100 depending on the regions, even at half an hour plus the new keyboard, we won't be far from €100.
Personally, I change the keyboards myself for laptops under repair. If you're somewhat handy but especially meticulous, you can do it yourself. There might even be a YouTube video for your laptop. Please give us the exact brand and model of your laptop so we can do some research.
Talk to you soon...
For the keyboard ==>
This PC isn't very old. First, check if the keyboard can be unclipped from the outside. BE CAREFUL not to pull too hard on the connection ribbon. This procedure is relatively easy.

However, if it is not unclippable, you will need to separate the cases and access the screws holding the keyboard.
This procedure is much more complex (but doable) EXAMPLE ==>

PS: I couldn't find a video on changing the keyboard for this model of PC.
