Using a second webcam on a second screen

Hello

I am using a laptop with a built-in webcam, but it is connected to a large screen (HP 243m) for better quality and comfort. This second screen also has a webcam, but I can't use it or detect it during my video calls. Any ideas, please? Thanks in advance.

        More generally, if it is not detected and it is not just a simple notification permission issue, it means that its software has not been installed, it is not compatible with its operating system, or its detection depends on the type of connection of the screen to the PC: refer to the screen manual for further details.
