I have a question that might seem silly, but I'm not sure, so I would still like to have answers. If I replicate an outfit from a K-pop music video for people who want to do a cover, is it considered counterfeiting given that the look I’m going to create doesn't include any brand-name clothing and I think it was custom-made for the video? Thank you for responding respectfully, please. I'm tired of people insulting or getting angry at the slightest question.

Hello and welcome to CCM (a little hello or/and thank you is appreciated on this forum.)
It's not about whether the clothes are designer or not, or custom-made or not, but rather that something "protected" is being reproduced. Even if this outfit was produced for a music video, it's possible that you can't reproduce it, but unless you ask the authors, it's impossible to know.
So using it for a cover is taking a risk. It also depends on the intended use of this cover.
If it's something "among friends," so not widely distributed, there's little risk of getting bothered. However, if there's a broader or commercial use, I wouldn't risk it.
P.S. Respect on CCM is a fundamental condition :-)
Best regards
