Battery replacement

Hello

I received a pedometer watch as a gift from Atlas for Men, but it stopped working after just 15 days... Maybe the batteries are dead, but there's no indication in the manual...
Any suggestions?
Thanks

    Hello,

If the watch is new and under warranty, the best thing to do is to contact customer service.

    See you later

    Good evening
I don't want to say anything "I received as a gift"

Well, that's a constructive response.... Just because it's a gift, it should work for 15 days? Nice attitude...

Yes, it's better to put a final point to this conversation... And avoid posting just for the pleasure of pleasing yourself...

      Hello,

Why only hold on to the conversation that doesn't suit you, when there have been others?
