OSD Locking Issue

Hello, I have an AOC bk monitor and my problem is that I can't access the screen menu because every time I press the menu button, the message "verr osd" appears on my screen and I can't unlock it despite searching online. Can you tell me how to do it?

    Generally, to unlock it, you need to hold down the menu button for 30 seconds...
