Hello,
I purchased a phone with a payment plan and a 24-month subscription, but I have finally paid off my payment plan. Can Bouygues Telecom block my phone if I don't pay my phone subscription?

    Hello.

You have signed up for 24 months. So you're heading for trouble if you don't pay.
You will be blacklisted with PrevenTel and it will be impossible for you to take another subscription.

    Best regards.

Yes, I know I sent a termination letter, but can they block my phone in the meantime?

      Hello,

      All of this is unclear.

The payment ease allows for the acquisition of a phone in several installments, but it is different from a plan with phone purchase that involves an initial payment of a certain amount followed by an allocation in each of the plan's installments.

In the first case, there is nothing to prevent us from paying off all remaining installments in advance.

Theoretically, this has a liberating effect regarding the purchase... unless, as is likely, the terms and conditions subordinate this facility to a mobile plan with a commitment for a specified duration from which one is then not released.

In this latter case, one is obviously liable for all installments of the committed plan that remain due.

And aside from Préventel, which will prevent you from signing a new subscription, to answer the basic question, Bouygues will terminate access to a line that is either unpaid or terminated: the only remaining option, until the debt is settled, for mobile communication may be a prepaid card with a number as disposable as this card.
