Hello,
I'm trying to create a PayPal account, but when I enter my phone number, I get an error message from PayPal: We cannot send a new code at this time. Please try again later.

    You have to wait and try again later in that case… 
    We cannot send a new code at the moment. Please try again later.

    If the resend system on their servers is faulty, you will need to be patient.
