Hello
I have been playing at an online casino for two years. No problems ever, terms are well read and clear, customer service is top-notch and I've never had issues receiving my winnings.
While checking my bank statement for this month, I noticed that since mid-April, there have been deposits that I did not make charged to me via my pre-registered credit card in my account (note that the crypto is not registered).
I contacted my bank for a refund, it will be simple to verify, they will reimburse me for all transactions that did not require payment validation via my bank's secure pass.
But what I want to know is whether the bank will deduct the money they refund to me from the casino or from the payment platform (bitnet), and if so, will the casino close my account? Will the casino come after me even though I am not at fault? When I contact them to explain the situation, they remain very unclear and vague now. They tell me that the deposits have been played when I know exactly what I deposited!!! And I have to validate the payment via my bank for each deposit so I am sure of myself! Additionally, they have all my banking information (no direct debit authorization).
The casino is based in Cyprus.
Thank you for reading.
