Hello
I purchased a new tablet (Samsung Galaxy TAB A 8 X200) and when I want to do crossword puzzles online, the virtual keyboard is missing (while it appeared without any problem on my old tablet). I believe it's a setting issue related to "desktop mode" or "tablet mode." On a help site, it says that to uncheck desktop mode, I need to go to the address bar (of the crossword website??) and click on "Aa," but here's the problem: I can't find this "Aa" anywhere. Where can I find it?? Or is there another way to do this??
Thank you in advance for your help

Hello,
The virtual keyboard is not inherent to the visited site but to the tablet; if it is not offered, it could be a false maneuver or it may be necessary to install the corresponding app, such as gboard.

The situation then suggests a restriction policy preventing this action if you are not subscribed to, for example, the corresponding magazine (dedicated logins) or if, more broadly (although this is rarer on a tablet than on a PC), the browser and/or its extensions block cookies or scripts.
When it comes to an application rather than a website, the permission granted to that application to access the keyboard may also be at fault.
