SIM card recognized but no service

Hello, I received a second brand new Huawei 7 awarded in 2019. My SIM card works in all other phones. My WiFi is working. I've seen that the radio signal has been disabled. How can I reactivate it?
I specify that I have already tried it on this second identical smartphone that I received in exchange for the first one. My SIM card displayed my operator Orange and 4G. I have the update.. And no more signal. It says no service.
The IMEI is not infringing, it is compliant. And the SIM card reader is not damaged.
A solution please?
Is it just this famous radio signal that needs to be reactivated?
