Muted bell icon on Gigaset AS405 screen

Hello,
A crossed-out bell icon appears at the top of my screen on the handset. What does that mean?
Thank you for your help

Configuration: Android / Chrome 94.0.4606.85

A crossed-out bell displayed on the screen means that the handset's ringer is disabled...
A long press on the * (star) key toggles the ringer on or off.
See the manual on page 16 paragraph Ringer activation/deactivation

Hello,

The ringtone must be turned off. The activation/deactivation is done with a long press on the * key.
