Unable to connect to Steam while Sharing connection

Hello, I have tried connecting to Steam using different PCs on a hotspot with my iPhone and my Bouygues operator, but nothing works.

    Hello,
    Your internet sharing may not be secure, in which case Steam will not open.
    This is often the case in public place connections.
    Please contact your provider; they will know what to do.
