PS5 Delivery Time Skyrock?

Hi there, new to this forum, and I would like to ask those who have been through it too... I'm making a sort of call for help ;(!

So here it is, at the end of November 2021, my teenager and I won a long-dreamed PS5 in Difool's Morning show. In mid-December, I received a call from a lovely young woman offering to send me a check for €500 because the PS5 is out of stock nationwide. I replied that it doesn't matter to me, I understand, we can wait... On December 25th, my son was overjoyed to find a little surprise envelope under the tree with the latest FIFA PS5 game purchased, including a confirmation email from the PS5 winners' service (dated 21/12). I then played back the streaming of the show with the part featuring my son, then mine with the team. What a joy, even if he can't play FIFA! ...
On February 2nd, having received nothing, I sent an email: I got an immediate response saying that the delivery time is 2 months excluding school holidays... We will wait, we understand... At the beginning of April, still no PS5, I sent another email, a bit embarrassed, I don't like to ask but it is getting long for my little teenager, especially since every morning we listen to Sky on the way to school and every morning the team continues to "give away" PS5s!
And then, in reply to my email, I was told that a check for €500 was sent to me by priority mail on January 20th!... I immediately sent another email saying that there must be a mistake because on February 2nd they told me to wait (with the email response as proof)... Since then, no reply...
I find this rather disappointing...

I would like to know if this misadventure has happened to other listeners at the end of last year or the beginning of this year? If someone from the team is reading me... Could you please honor your promise of the prize, so I can see the sparkles in my son's eyes?
