I would like to know if this power supply: SQ-WHITE Silent - 850W - 80+ is sufficient for a Ryzen 5 5600X and an RTX 3060 Ti.

If we refer solely to the indicated power of the power supply, 850W, it's more than sufficient. The problem is that it's a brand we're not familiar with. We don't know if we can trust it.

Since when are Amazon reviews relevant when it comes to computer hardware?
This power supply is branded by the German importer SQ-power; it is impossible to know the origins of the power supplies branded under this name... so be cautious.
That said, as mentioned by epango regarding power, if it's not a lie, it’s fine for this configuration.

Well, if opinions matter, I said Amazon, but looking on other sites they also have good reviews. If you look a little, you can see that the power supply really does 850 and that it's not a lie. Especially since it's €5 more expensive than the Corsair 850W power supply; it's just that the manufacturer is German, that's all.

It's actually a Sharkoon power supply. It is supposed to be 80+ Gold certified and 100% modular. If he already has it, he can use it and see. But if he hasn’t bought it yet, he should choose one from reputable brands (Seasonic, Corsair, be quiet, etc.). For this setup, he doesn't need 850W of power. 650W will be sufficient. At most, 750W.

That is to say, with the same reference, we come across [https://www.amazon.fr/SilentStorm-Cool-Zero-850W-Alimentation/dp/B07MHXXGPL this one] on Amazon. This misled me.

It must not be the same. If it truly had the characteristics stated on Amazon, it wouldn't be excessive.

I don't know the brand but if you want a good quality power supply, get a Corsair CX750F RGB; it has 750W and that's more than enough for your setup. You could even go for a 650W, but that's pretty much the limit, so I think 750W is perfect for your configuration.
