Kobo Clara HD stuck on blank screen

Hello, my Kobo Clara HD won't turn on and is stuck on a black screen. I've tried to charge it, but nothing works. When I connect it to my computer, it doesn't show up.

I've read about the paperclip technique, but I can't find a hole on my e-reader. Please help me.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 99.0.4844.88

    I have this e-reader and the hole is located on the left, right next to the power button of the tablet. In short, you have the hole in question and right next to it, you have the power button and then the USB port.
