How to connect my Wii to a 4K TV?

I have an old Wii (the very first one) that I play with from time to time, but I recently changed to a brand new 4K TV. So now I no longer have a scart port or an audio/video port (the three colored cables...).
Do you know if there is a way to connect my console to my new TV? Perhaps through an HDMI adapter? (but I heard that it doesn't work very well)

The yellow one is for AV IN and the green one is for the headset.
So you need to use the yellow one with the following cable, but you could have read the manual; it’s written in there how to make this kind of connection!
