Le bon coin problème

Hello,

I had an... I had an active Le Bon Coin account (4 or 5 listings a year) for years, everything was fine

Unfortunately, I fell victim to a virus/malware/ransomware on my computer, and the person (among other problems that have thankfully been resolved) accessed my Leboncoin account (I think) because since then my account has been blocked for security reasons, and I found some strange listings in my emails... anyway, LBC hasn't replied to me (it's been 3 weeks) and when I try to create a new account with a different email address/phone number (yes, I’ve changed them since), I never receive the email... and when I try using a VPN with a French server (Windscribe) to create one, it works but my account gets banned 5 minutes later... I don’t know what to do? Thanks

Has LBC blocked/blacklisted my IP?

Yeah, I'll drop it; I'll find another solution based on an unknown IP and device.

That's what you already did, and it didn't yield anything. You can find the same thing on another sales site.

Hello. With all the failed attempts to recover the account, why not switch to another sales site, since you've really done everything to try to recover it. I really don't see what else can be done. Moreover, Le Bon Coin is not a very reliable site; I've heard some pretty crazy stories... Well, that's it. It's up to you to decide.

    Best regards.

    Hello

    LBC has blocked/blacklisted my IP

Very likely... and they eventually recognize you, so new connections with the VPN are also blocked...

Why not contact them directly? (or just change sites)

    ;)

ah great... I've already sent 3 messages without replies (1/week) well I really like the site for local sales... it's too bad this attitude considering I clearly state I am not responsible for actions taken in February/March.

on the forms on the site?... or via an email? (I don't know if lbc has a contact email)...

in any case, if there are no responses, you can't do anything... don't harass them, it will only make the situation worse.
