Hello everyone!
I’m here hoping that someone can help me, as I’ve turned the problem every way but haven’t been able to find a solution.
So here it is, as mentioned in the title, my Facebook account has been hacked and disabled. Up to this point, nothing too complicated; there are tons of topics about it. However, I'm encountering incomprehensible issues during the account recovery process. After receiving the recovery code by email, I enter the 6 digits correctly in the designated field, but when I validate, an error message appears: "The digits entered do not match the code. Please try again." I’ve tried several times, but nothing works.
Does anyone among you have a solution to this problem? I would be very grateful to them.

Hi, last time I responded hastily, here’s how I proceeded.
Summary
On 04/17/22 at 12:06, my email address, phone number, and name were changed on Facebook, I no longer have access to my account at all.
First, ask your close relatives (at least 2 people) to log in to Facebook and have your account closed; just go below the profile picture, click on the three small dots ... and choose:
Find help or report the profile / Identity theft / then follow the prompts (your friend needs to report you but must remain friends with the impersonated account to see the progress of the actions)

Wait until the account no longer appears, count at least 48 hours, otherwise repeat the process.
Finally, once your account is blocked, prepare a very high-quality photo of your ID, try to log back in and follow the steps where you will be asked for the photo, and in the following hours, you will receive a message with a temporary code. (prepare a complicated password on a notepad), you will be asked to delete the addresses and phone numbers that are not yours.
Be patient, try again every 3 to 4 days if it doesn’t work, it took me 15 days.

I'm facing the same problem. My account was hacked 2 days ago. I initiated the steps with an ID, and like you, the 6-digit code was constantly invalid.
You said you managed to block your account through your wife's account, how did you do that? I really hope to recover it ????
