Hello,
My NAS can no longer detect my hard drives and I am looking to recover my data.
I have a Synology DS214 but it does not read the data from the D-Link.
What can I do?
Thank you in advance for your replies.

Hello,
It's certain that Synology won't read your D-link, they each have their own recipe for cooking, formatting, operating system, etc.
I think it works under Linux...?? and which version of Linux is it?? how many disks are there...?
It's formatted EXT3, so Linux...
1° And in my opinion, if it were me..! I would try to mount the disk in a Tower as a secondary disk... and I would run the PC under Linux, possibly installed on another disk or on a live CD... like Ubuntu or Mint...
2° if it were me..! I would try to repair the DNS-320 base to be able to read my disks... but it depends on the malfunction.
That's the idea... That said, if your disk has defects, it will have them on this PC as well... if they are in RAID, it can get complicated.
