Hello,
While manually installing an update regarding time zones (the time is not correct on the PC), I received the following error message:
Installation failed with error code: (0x800B0109)
I tried to install the following update that I downloaded from the "Microsoft Update Catalog": 2020-05 Update for Windows 7 on x64 systems (KB4557900)
I am using the following version of Windows 7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Build 7601 32-bit
Service Pack: Service Pack 1
The PC is connected to the domain (active directory).
I also cannot install .NET Framework when I try to install Paint.net
I did an "sfc /scannow". No errors detected.
The person who was previously in charge of the PC did not do many updates.
Given that Microsoft has ended support for Windows 7, could this prevent the update from being done?
I plan to try the following solutions; what do you think?

Thank you in advance for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 98.0

If your PC is powerful enough, it would be best to upgrade to Windows 10 https://www.malekal.com/windows-10-gratuit-comment-obtenir-windows-10-gratuitement/

Hello,
Thank you very much for your response. I will try to do what is recommended in the links you sent me. The PC configuration:
Model: DELL OptiPlex 3020
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
4GB of RAM installed. Possibility to upgrade to 16GB.
I think I will upgrade the RAM to 8GB in the near future and switch to Windows 10 soon. There will be fewer problems.
Thanks again and have a great end to your day.
